Return & Refund Policy
Our return is very flexible and customer-friendly, we try to accommodate our patrons as much as we can, we welcome replacements on the following terms -
- A wrong product has been dispatched
- If the customer identifies a manufacturing defect on the received product.
- If the product is received in a damaged condition.
If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please email us at hello@numic.in within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery Address
- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.
We’d request you to ensure that the product is sent back to us in its original condition and packaging with its original invoice.
If there is a genuine defect in the product, we’re happy to exchange your product for a replacement, a different product of the same value within 7 working days after we receive the product at our warehouse, following an inspection & quality check.
All returns/exchange courier charges to our warehouse are borne by the customer. On delivering your replacement, we will cover shipping charges.
We unfortunately will not be able to entertain a return request after 48 hours of delivery.
We do not process refunds in the case of COD. We replace the same or any other product of the same or lower value in any of the above-mentioned cases.
Please note that all products personalized with your name or custom details (including diaries, notepads, etc.) are considered final sale. Due to the unique and customized nature of these items, personalized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances—this applies to all orders, including those placed with the Cash on Delivery option.
We kindly ask you to double-check all personalization details carefully before finalizing your order. By proceeding with a personalized product purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
